The 28 Day Challenge that is broken down into 4 weekly nutrition & healthy habits. The purpose of this challenge is to to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more fab lifestyle (and to keep you on track for great results!)
Each weeks habit builds on the previous weeks’ habits. Example:
Week 1, we focus ONLY on Habit 1
Week 2, we introduce habit 2 and focus on continuing Habit 1 and doing Habit 2
Week 3, we introduce habit 3 and focus on continuing Habit 1 & Habit 2 and doing Habit 3
Week 4, we introduce habit 4 and focus on continuing Habit 1, 2 & 3 plus doing Habit 4
As your Total Body Clean Up coach, I will be motivating you throughout the challenge everyday via email and in our private Facebook group.. You will use the tracking sheet provided to mark your progress. If you complete the habits on that day, put an X in the box.
We have a variety of prizes for participants at the end just for completed the challenge. Participants must submit their completed trackers at the end of 28 days and we will select winners based on a random draw.
