  • One on one Personal Training. Meet once a week with your TEAM WFOB Coach in a private 30 minute vitual personal training session and complete customized workouts to help you reach your health and wellness goals!

  • Unlimited Virtual Group Fitness Classes. Take advantage of the wide variety of WFOB's Live Virtual Group Fitness Classes like Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, and Ballet Pilates and special offers on virtual membership/personal training options upon successfully completing the challenge.
