Julie DiLeo is co-owner of Women’s Fitness of Boston with her husband. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and additionally holds the following NASM certifications: Exercise, Stress, Hormones & Inflammation, Integrated Flexibility Training, Integrated Core Training, Training the Active Female Client Over 40, AB Foundations, Fundamentals of Virtual Coaching as well as both CPR/AED certified and has achieved multiple group fitness certifications (Piloxing, POUND. Rockout.Workout. Kwando, Yoga, Power Flex, Jillian Michaels Bodyshred, and STRONG by Zumba) She has a passion for health and fitness and believes strongly in helping all women achieve both health and wellness into their lifestyle through a balance of Fitness, Nutrition & Accountability. "It's ok to put your health as a priority. As women we do a lot of care taking of everyone in our lives, our children, our spouses, our parents even. We tend to put ourselves very last on the list, if not at all. Prioritize your wellness. If you do not do this, no one else will. It's alright to take care of you. Don't obsess. Focus on being comfortable within your body. Eat healthy, exercise, enjoy your family and friends. Be present. Find balance. Be mindful."

"I am down 5 pounds and 1.5” in the waist from the beginning of the month and down 8 pounds since the beginning of the year. My body fat percentage dropped 14 percentage points in the last month alone. My energy levels are sky-high, I’m no longer dealing with regular bloat or indigestion, and I feel leaner and stronger. To echo others, this challenge gave me much better accountability and support for my food choices and lots of new ideas for healthy snacks and incorporating veggies into every meal as well as proteins. After a tough year, I am back to my maintenance weight and would like to keep this going in the coming months: healthy eating and tracking and working out 5x a week.
