"I am down 5 pounds and 1.5” in the waist from the beginning of the month and down 8 pounds since the beginning of the year. My body fat percentage dropped 14 percentage points in the last month alone. My energy levels are sky-high, I’m no longer dealing with regular bloat or indigestion, and I feel leaner and stronger. To echo others, this challenge gave me much better accountability and support for my food choices and lots of new ideas for healthy snacks and incorporating veggies into every meal as well as proteins.
